Spanish architect and designer Patricia Urquiola has released a new design for Coalesse. Her new chair, Hosu, brings together the clean lines and beauty of Spanish design with modern form and function.
Hosu is a lounge chair designed for the technological age. Whether seating one, or two in the sofa version, Hosu features special storage pockets for your iPad or tablet, and cord-pass throughs in its design. This is a new generation of work chair that invites you to lounge and work away on it all day long.
The design comes in six beautiful colors including navy blue, gray, and a deep mustard yellow. Just in time for Fall, this chair would be a beautiful addition to any home office or lounge space. Don't you think?
I'm the Interior Designer for a private university and we are looking into using these pieces in residence hall lounges and study areas. Can't wait and so glad to finally start seeing a crossover between good design and commercial products!
