Tomorrow night my girlfriend and I are going to see Sex and the City 2! To say I'm excited is an understatement. I was on Elle Decor earlier today, and had to share with you some beautiful photos of the set design from the movie. Here's some pre-movie eye candy for all of those who are going this weekend!

I am using that headboard fabric in a client's home on some refurbed theatre seats! It's going to be amazing! So excited...
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen SATC 2 yet, but looking forward to it... for the visual candy of course!
The set design is lovely.
ReplyDeleteIm also going tomorrow and I cant wait!!
ReplyDeleteThe visual candy is what I'm most excited about! Can't wait to see the styling and fashion. Beth, how fun! Love that fabric.
ReplyDeleteThese are fantastic photos! Love all of them!!!
ReplyDeleteThis movie was great because it was less about the story and more about the glam of it all, don't you think? And the sets more than lived up to the hype, especially when the girls landed in Abu Dhabi.
ReplyDeleteLove that closet! Wow!
ReplyDeleteAdrienne, yes. The movie was all glam. I had fun! Rachel, I could live in that closet!
ReplyDeleteLove the headboard shape - anyone have any suggestions of where to find something similar?
ReplyDeleteGood question. Crate and Barrel has something a bit similar: http://www.crateandbarrel.com/family.aspx?c=14451&f=1480
ReplyDeleteI just love the Butterfly Dome in the foyer of the apartment !!!! Where can i get one in Sydney Australia
ReplyDeleteThe fashion almost comes second to the interiors in this second film. The wallpaper in Big and Carries apartment is stunning. The interior designers for the set have exceeded themselves. I see they have gone down to the minute detail, even featuring the Invisible Lightswitch, by Forbes and Lomax blink and you will miss it!
ReplyDeleteanyone know what the fabric on the headboard is called?
ReplyDeleteMichelle & Sean, contact Beth Dotolo. She is using that fabric in a design project: http://www.blogger.com/profile/14536479056385818103
ReplyDeletewhere can i buy the butterfly dome in the foyer?!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great eye you have. The dome is a cloche. You can find a lovely selection at Jayson Home & Garden: http://www.jaysonhomeandgarden.com/product.php?productid=5593. It looks like the stylist placed the butterflies in there, but I can't get a good enough look. Anyone else have thoughts on this?
ReplyDeleteThe wallpaper in Carrie and Big's room, what is it called and where can I purchase it?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately I don't know the name of the wallpaper that was used. Readers, does anyone have any idea?
ReplyDeleteAll pictures are so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteVisual candy and Butterfly Dome in the foyer of the apartment are really excellent.
